I'm a monthly subscriber. What does this mean for me?

Your online subscription is now being hosted on the Primal Vinyasa® website.

Your account info has been transferred, along with any account credits. Use your same Y.U. login info on the Primal Vinyasa® site. 

Now enjoy the same access including classes from all the fantastic Yoga Union teachers, plus:

  • Several additional weekly live classes.

So do I need to sign up for a subscription at Primal Vinyasa® now?

No. For your convenience, your subscription has been migrated for you. It now lives at Primal Vinyasa® online.

Will my billing cycle and payments stay the same?

Your subscription will continue to be billed monthly, just as before, requiring no additional effort on your part to keep your service where it’s at. 

How can I unlock all the amazing additional content on the new site? 

While looking over the content available on Primal Vinyasa® Online, you may notice additional trainings and workshops. Merging with Primal Vinyasa® Online gives us the opportunity to offer our community an affordable way to level up their practice and enjoy further offerings. Introducing All-Access!

Yoga Union Online All-Access ($40 per month)
Includes everything from the basic option, plus our entire online Primal Vinyasa® catalog of offerings:

  • All Course Bundle – over 50 individual therapeutic movement lessons that will transform the way you move ($799 value).
  • Individual pre-recorded classes – growing on-demand class library including Therapeutics & Kids Classes and more.

How do I upgrade to All-Access?

Upgrading your account is easy. There’s two paths to do this:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions Management of your account details page. Find your active subscription and click on “view”. There will be a big button for “Upgrade or Downgrade”. Clicking that will take you to the product page for the Yoga Union Online Subscription product page. Proceed to step 2 below.
  2. Go directly to the Yoga Union Online Subscription product page. Find the select box for Level and choose All-Access. Click the “sign up now” button and proceed to checkout. Your payment due immediately will be the pro-rated cost difference for the remainder of the days left within the billing period. This will labeled as an “upgrade sign-up fee”.

I had a store credit, has that transferred over to the new site?

Yes. If you had a store credit, that credit has been transferred over to your new account at Primal Vinyasa®. You may of course, use your credit to purchase subscriptions. Just be sure to click the little credit icon at checkout to apply it to your purchase. You’ll still need to enter your credit card number but funds will not be taken from your card until no account credit remains. *Account credits not available to purchase physical products.

I had a both a Yoga Union and a Primal Vinyasa® account. Which one do I use now? 

If you previously had a Primal Vinyasa® online account, use your Primal Vinyasa® login credentials as per usual. Sign into your account.

I was an annual member, who purchased a membership in-studio last year. What does this mean for me?

While your Oct. ’19 – 20′ Yoga Union membership has expired, online classes can now be accessed through the Primal Vinyasa® website.

We’ve loaded your Yoga Union Online account info onto the Primal Vinyasa® website to make it easy for you. If you had a remaining credit balance, that has transferred as well. Just use your same login info on the new site. Note: if you previously had a Primal Vinyasa® online account, use your Primal Vinyasa® login credentials as per usual.
