Natalia’s yoga practice began in 2003 out of pure curiosity. What began as a physical practice developed into much more as she began to notice the positive effects a regular practice provided. She has participated in workshops focusing on Vinyasa and Anusara Yoga and completed the Teacher Training at the Yoga Union in 2007. Yoga has revealed the ability to challenge and exceed what we perceive as personal limitations. The possibilities are endless and Natalia hopes to share the joy, confidence and strength that yoga can bring to one’s life by providing a creative and encouraging environment for students.
