Foundations of Yoga with Star

This is a three part series. Each session is 15 to 20 minutes. Star introduces the most fundamental poses and breaks down the basics of breath, foundation, hip/spinal mobility, and alignment. This series will help prepare anyone for more challenging practices. Or if you prefer, you can stay with it and continue practicing at this level as much as you like.
