Kids Yoga – Winter Series

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Monday, repeating until March 16, 2020
Let your child enjoy the benefits of yoga in this 3-class series designed specifically for elementary age kids (5-12 years old). Together we will integrate yoga and mindfulness themes to provide each student with a basic knowledge of yoga poses and sun salutations as well as ways to become more aware, present, and compassionate towards oneself and others. We will connect, have fun, and restore while learning more about ourselves and how we can choose a more happy, stress free existence. Registration for the whole series is highly encouraged so new skills can be learned and reinforced.
