Sarah Granger began her holistic career as a massage therapist and quickly added yoga instructor to her repertoire. She then traveled to Thailand to study Thai massage which beautifully integrates massage, yoga and energy work. Sarah has enjoyed teaching in many different environments from yoga studios to gyms, spas and golf clubs. She enjoys the opportunity to meet people where they are and guide them through safe and effective practices. After 13 years of teaching she decided to take the seat of the student for three years and thoroughly enjoyed practicing with many fine teachers and taking her movement studies deeper while studying Yoga Therapeutics and Primal Vinyasa under Annie Adamson Vogt. She has recently returned to teaching with more passion and vigor for movement than she thought possible.
