Allison is passionate about living a healthy, connected and conscious life. She believes that we have the power to heal ourselves through proper body alignment, breath awareness and living in harmony with nature. Health is indicative of an aligned and balanced life—when we bring our bodies into alignment, other aspects of our life will follow suit.

For Allison, yoga class is a form of moving meditation and self-discovery. In her classes you will experience invigorating and nourishing flows catered to all levels. She encourages students to mindfully release unnecessary tension and instead create balance and ease in the body. Through proper alignment, awareness and lots of loving hands on assists, her intention is to facilitate a sense of ease and lightness that is palpable. Allison’s goal is to inspire students to foster a greater connection with their own hearts and to live authentically from that place.
