Being a beginner yogi can feel intimidating. It can also be an opportunity to learn how to be a student, develop a relationship with your body through movement, and find new ways of being with yourself. Join Carly for a fun exploration of the foundations of yoga, as we learn basic asana poses and simple techniques for watching and using the breath. Have questions? Bring them! Feel comfortable and confident walking into your next public class.
