Self-massage coupled with movement and asana can reshape and align your tissues. All repetitive movements (good or bad!), come with a build up of muscular tension and fascial armoring. As much as we need to engage our tissues, we also need to reshape and mobilize them. In this class, you will learn how to use self-massage, breathing and movement techniques to reshape and rehabilitate your body’s tissues. Each week we will focus on a target area. You will walk away with a better understanding of your body’s anatomy and usable self-massage techniques to better support the movement you love to do and the movement you have to do too!
