Join a supportive and compassionate community. Enjoy the self-reflection, healing, and nourishment that the holidays can bring. Take the space you’ll need to process the patterns and wounds which tend to surface during the holiday season. We’ll integrate mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and other creative, therapeutic individual and group activities.
Session One: This supportive 3-week session will hold you through the Thanksgiving holiday by providing a safe space for conversations and practicing holistic healing activities. We will explore gratitude and thanks while honoring all emotions present during the holiday.
Session Two: This supportive 3-week session will carry you through the winter holidays and New Year’s Eve by exploring what bring you light during the darkness, We will practice various holistic healing activities and end our time wirh a “letting go” writing ceremony on January 4th that will include setting new intentions while burning up what no longer serves us.
