Gentle Yoga Program: Gentle Vinyasa

Flow slowly through simple sequences designed to build strength, flexibility and balancing skills. Easy on the wrists, with options that support students working through mild injuries, arthritis or who have limited range of motion. Must be able to get up and down from the floor comfortably and stand in the center of the room. Space is limited, please register in advance.
