Gentle Yoga Program: Chair Yoga

An event every week that begins at 2:00pm on Wednesday and Friday, repeating until March 9, 2018
This style of yoga can be done anywhere and anytime. Learn simple techniques to ease back pain, or tension in the joints. Great for older beginners, students with arthritis, limited mobility, injuries, chronic pain or fatigue. Chairs are available for seated poses, resting and to support balancing postures. Option to stay seated in the chair for the duration of the class, no need to get down on the floor.
