Created from a Prana Flow perspective, this workshop will explore the movements of prana, our vital life energy. In this vinyasa-style practice, we will focus on embodying movements of prana in asanas, particularly backbends. Our flow will include pranayama, heart-opening namaskars, and diverse, vibrant variations on Urdva Dhanurasana, Wheel Pose. We will finish our backbend practice with the rejuvenating and healing Yoga Nidra, the yoga dream state. Be ready to breathe, flow, and open your heart.
