Mama & Baby Yoga

Connect with your breath and other amazing mamas while focusing on releasing tension in the neck and shoulders, stabilizing your deep core, low back and pelvis, and calming your nervous system. Ages six weeks to crawling.

Unity Flow

Cultivate connection to your breath and calm your nervous system with this blend of Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. begin with gently flowing movement to create warmth in the body, then close with longer-held postures, using props to support you. Leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Hatha Yoga

Stretch and align your body for balance and flexibility. Learn postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana) to cultivate a sound, healthy body and clear, peaceful mind. This is a straight-forward, all-levels practice exploring right-effort and harmonious physical alignment.

Hot Yoga

Instill balance and focus during this heated practice. Integrate breath with more fluid movement than is generally found in traditional hot yoga classes without an excess amount of weight-bearing on the hands. Through the linking together of postures, take a deeper journey inward and cultivate a feeling of centeredness.

Vinyasa

Follow your breath through this dynamic practice and set your body in motion. Explore your ability to move from pose to pose, while grounded in clear alignment. Vinyasa, meaning “to move with breath,” is a graceful practice that teaches stillness in motion and inspires creativity.
